Customer Service:
- $12.00 + Uncapped Commission
- Contract to Hire
- Located in Englewood/DTC Area
Job Description:
-Responsible for promoting Good Sam Extended Service Plan
-Placing outbound calls per day and transferring qualified leads to available licensed sales agents
-Qualifying leads based off of requirements prior to transferring to the sales staff
-Speak to people who may not want this product and turn them into warm leads for the sales agents
Work Environment:
-Hours are Monday - Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM (need to be available for an 8 hour shift within this time frame) and on Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM.
-They will rotate weekends so they will work every other Saturday
-This is a 3 month contract-to-hire -The company has a gym that anyone can use for free (including contractors)
-They do pot lucks, food trucks, cook outs, etc. every month to keep employees engaged
-They also have a break room with fountain drinks, coffee, sparking water for free
-When they are permanent if they have 100% attendance every quarter they can receive $200
Qualifications:
-Looking for someone with at least 6 months of customer service/call center experience
-Interest in selling products and services
-Looking for someone who wants to grow with the company (i.e. has the ability to move into other departments down the road - Marketing, IT, Insurance Sales, etc.)
- MUST be able to work weekends or they are disqualified
- If someone has a very customer focused mindset, that is great but it must be paired with a sales mindset. If they are just customer service with no sales skills, they will not get the job.
