About this job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Coordinator, People Services will be responsible for providing transactional support to the People Services team and to the organization. The incumbent will be our On boarding & Recruitment process subject matter expert and will be influential in designing, implementing and maintaining our transactional people processes.

MUST HAVES:

  • 2-3 years of HRIS exposure

  • General understanding of Human Resources processes and data to ensure accurate employee records
  • Basic understanding of change management and business process improvements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills and proactive nature is imperative
  • Excellent organizational skills: able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple priorities and work under strict and tight deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-departmentally to obtain deliverables in accordance with deadlines (i.e. payroll)
  • Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects
  • Availability to start ASAP

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Administration preferred and/or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in an administrative (Senior or Executive Assistant) capacity in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
