Regulatory Document Specialist

Focus on development of all regulatory documentation consistent with GFSI and FDA requirements. They will work closely with the QA and R&D Departments.

Review and Complete all documents related to raw materials and manufactured products.

Product Spec Docs such as Organic, Gluten Free, hormone free, vegan statements, range formulas, etc.

Check documentation accuracy for all raw materials

Complete Allergen surveys

Support internal and external audits

Requirements

- 3-5 years of food regulatory or QA Experience
- Knowledge of the Meat Industry Standards, Non-GMO, Gluten Free and Organic standards is a plus
- 3 plus years of Quality System Experience
