About this job
On a daily basis this individual will have to work with the following:
- Preventative maintenance within Electrical, painting, HVAC, and Carpentry
- Will have to work within Osha safety
- Must operate under lock out tag out.
- Assist maintaining maintenance materials and supplies
- Will have to do daily inspections by starting off and checking the restrooms, - making sure it is functional.
- Fixing hand rails
-Work in a team setting with 5 other technicians
Hours are 9am to 6:30pm
Qualifications:
Must have:
-3 years of experience as a Facilities Technician
-3 years working on Electrical
-Understand Lock out tag out
-Understand OSHA
Preferred to have
- Automotive experience.
