Customer Service Agent - Full-time / Part-time

Patient Care Representatives answer incoming calls for all offices while providing outstanding customer service to all patients. These calls consist of making appointments, checking on eyeglass/contact lens orders, verifying insurance, handling urgent situations and much more. Patient Care Representatives will need to learn where all offices are located, names of Doctors on staff, basic understanding of insurances we accept and how to appropriately handle or transfer a call. The most important job is to give outstanding customer service and help the patient in the best way possible. A Patient Care Representative may also make outgoing calls to remind patients when it's been a year since their last exam and to schedule their next appointment.
