Job Description:
The facilities maintenance tech performs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, interior fixtures, lighting, and general repairs including but not limited to drywall, paint, and furniture.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Be able to work in a team environment and flexible with the job duties
- Be able to examine parts, determine failure, and repair
- Communicate effectively with office personnel
- Maintain above average attendance
