Communications Associate

Now seeking a Communications Associate in the financial industry!

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint professional to assist in the creation and launch of a new intranet portal for a complex line of business that supports 35,000 internal team members. This associate will build custom libraries and lists, create sub-sites and pages, train content administrators to manage the new portal, and consultant with line of business team members to gather requirements and help design the information architecture of the site. The associate will also be putting together reports and programs and updating the PowerPoint Dashboard. Most of the work consists of smaller day to day tasks like changing texts and fonts on the website.

Flexible hours Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM or 9AM-6PM

Qualifications:

2+ years experience editing websites

2+ years Photoshop and Illustrator experience

Professional working experience with SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, and Dreamweaver
