Aerotek is currently hiring a facilities supervisor.
The candidate will be supervising up to 12-20 union workers within a manufacturing facility in Wentzville.
The individuals they are supervising will be cleaning a paint shop which includes emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, screens, magnets, dip tanks, removing hazardous waste, etc.
Schedule:
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and all shifts. Individual will be week working 4-10 hour shifts typically. Shift will be determined after training is complete.
Candidates must be assertive, confident and have the ability to motivate others and hold people accountable.
Computer Skills:
Must be able to use MS Office and have 1 year experience.
