About this job
This company makes cooling systems for Tesla Battery Packs. These candidates will be doing assembly and material handling. They will be deburring and/or placing parts on trays for the powder coating process.
��� Perform basic mechanical assembly work
��� Perform Material Handler work, move and sort small parts
��� Must be able to work from detailed manufacturing documentation and/or verbal and written instructions and specialized fixtures/test equipment
��� Assemblers are also responsible for quality activities, including self inspection and bad parts
��� Escalates deviations, bad parts and/ or problems to technicians and engineers (as applicable). Communicates suggestions for improvement on the regular basis to embrace the Continuous Improvement (CI) methodology
��� Maintain a clean workplace
��� Prepare equipment for transfer to the customer including; but not limited to, packaging
