Hours: (Monday through Friday) availability between 8am and 8pm. Will be given an 8 hour shift.

Pay: $15.50

Location: Woodbury, MN

Position: 4 months contract to hire

Start Date: March 12th

Work Environment:

  • the call center has several openings within different teams. Based on what client you are working with will determine your hours you worked. They will be working in a cubical setting that has recently been remodeled. This is a call center environment so they must understand that they will be on the phone around 90-95% of the day.
  • Training will start on 8:00am - 5:00pm for the first week or two.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year Customer Service experience from the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, insurance, bank, retail, cashier, call center or health insurance industry
  • HS Diploma- Must be able to provide Proof
  • Ability to type 35 WPM

Job description:

  • Candidates will be taking inbound customer service calls for a long term care insurance. The calls will be from members that are needing more information regarding their policies or their benefits. Candidate needs to be able to address the questions and give them detailed information regarding policy, the effective date of their benefits, questions about submitting claims, questions about bills or charges that they have received etc. These individuals may also receiving calls from the policy owners family members such as their son or daughter so they will need to be compliant with all HIPAA guidelines and requirements.
  • Representative will be working with multiple programs and will have to document each call into database.
