Aerotek is looking for an experienced PRODUCTION LEAD for a food production company in American Canyon!
This person will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee production activities in absence of Production Supervisor;
- Train, coach, and problem solve with team members.
- Communicate relevant information to team members and managers in a timely, accurate, clear and thorough manner.
- Will participate proactively in shift activity planning and scheduling of staff
- Enforce company policies and GMPs,
- Ensure housekeeping standards are achieved and maintained.
- Routinely and regularly checks that product is in spec and that all required documentation is complete, accurate and maintained in organized manner.
- Demonstrates ownership of plant and food safety including regulatory requirements.
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire with the goal of being permanent!
Pay: $27-30/hour
Shift: Graveyard - 10:00 pm - 6:30 am with rotating days off
