Driver/Warehouseman/Laborer

Position Summary:

Responsible for driving large commercial vehicles that require a Class B DOT, repairing wheeled equipment, cleaning refrigeration and HVAC condenser coils, general warehouse cleaning and repair, or various other entry level tasks. Essential Job Functions:

• Receive/pickup service calls from Maintenance Dispatch Program, prioritize the calls, and coordinate service calls with the appropriate persons. Equipment shall be operated, loaded & unloaded with care in order to prevent damage to equipment.
• Organize and maintain all R & S locations. R & S locations will be clean and neatly organized at all times. Determine most economical method to get parts and equipment to Technicians and stores.
• Acquire and maintain a Commercial Drivers License. Operate the motor vehicle in a safe manner at all times and in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Take and pass the Federal Department of Transportation physical requirements.
• Maintain R & S equipment inventory.
• Transport R & S and loaner equipment as needed and in a safe manner.
• Deliver parts to Maintenance Technicians and Tradesmen as needed.
• Pickup and deliver equipment for remodel or new stores as directed by Project Engineer.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of R & S shop.
• Clean and maintain company service vehicle, if one is assigned.
• Repair material handling equipment
• Perform and administer the condenser cleaning program
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to travel independently
• Computer Skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Associate Degree
