Central Nebraska Senior Care a locally owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise is searching for a full time Service Coordinator to join our team of professionals dedicated to high quality in home care. 

We are looking for someone responsible, organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task with strong communication skills who is willing to learn. Previous experience in healthcare, geriatrics, human resources or scheduling is helpful but not necessary as we are willing to train the right person. 

Primary responsibilities: 
- Creating and maintaining client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.
- Making changes to schedules to accommodate for new clients, additional hours and availability changes.
- Maintain accurate CAREGiver availability and personnel information
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, key players, CAREGivers and family members.

Secondary Responsibilities:
- Perform introductions between clients and CAREGivers to ensue a consistently high quality experience for all.
- Answer phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Perform on call duties one week per month.
