Stockroom Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

So, we are looking for a Stockroom Supervisor to join our growing team of professionals. You will be primarily focused on building, guiding and developing and engaged, high performance stockroom team. This is the right opportunity for you if you:

Responsibilities

A Day in the life:

• Manage daily stockroom operations and service levels to assure accurate and timely end processing of customer orders
• Drive coordination and control of daily activities in the Distribution Center Stockroom, and steer toward continuous improvement in processes and procedures of incoming freight, stocking, pulling, packing and shipping of freight
• Build, guide and develop an engaged stockroom crew team and motivate a high performance team focused on checkered flag customer service
• Work with customers, NAPA store owners and district stores to overcome roadblock issues with speed and accuracy to create winning solutions

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse/stockroom experience
• Confident leader and decision maker demonstrating fairness in all customer and employee interactions
• High energy, personal drive, and self-motivation to accomplish business goals
• Effective communicator, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker and organizational skills
• Computer skills in order to track, analyze and manage business results
• Previous Managerial and/or logistics, supply chain experience
