Production – Inspection & Packing
Integrity Staffing is seeking a production associate for a temp-to-hire position in Indianapolis, IN.
Job Location
Indianapolis, IN – Park 100 Area
Schedule
1st: 7am-7pm, rotating weekly schedule (3 days 1 week, 4 days the next)
2nd: 7pm-7am, rotating weekly schedule (3 days 1 week, 4 days the next)
Pay Rate
$11.68/hr with substantial increase upon hire
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remove flash/excess material from containers
- Apply proper components according to the packaging requirements
- Prepare packaging as required
- Apply proper labeling as required
- Perform final visual inspection per requirements of product prior to packaging
- Uphold Site and Corporate Environmental Policies by following all Environmental Policies
- Performs flame treat, tag screws, inspects for neck flatness, weights, all hourly checks and record results.
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications and Experience
- High School education or GED required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
