Key responsibilities:
- Partner with global business leadership to identify and implement initiatives that focus on increase operational effectiveness, leverage our existing infrastructure, and drive efficiencies
- Work with the business leadership executives in identifying and launching initiatives across the organization
- Partner with business lines / manage teams and stand up key functional initiatives
- Quarterback delivering upon organizational goals and objectives
- Define program structure and operating mechanisms, including team structure, roles & responsibilities, and reporting & meeting cadence
- Lead program messaging to senior leadership and executives regarding potential impacts; coordinate executive alignment on key program decisions and updates
- Remain informed of and oversee progress across functions and projects throughout the program
- Continuously reflect and measure program impact to ensure success; recourse when necessary
- Structured thinking: Develop and leverage frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, facilitate alignment on key strategic decisions among various stakeholders and drive key organizational objectives and goals forward
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- A minimum 10 years of experience; preferably in a corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting leadership role
- Leadership: Demonstrated success working in a global, cross-divisional & cross-functional environment managing stakeholders at both executive and program team levels
- Highly productive: Ability to be highly productive with little oversight on day to day basis. This role is intended for somebody who will take meaningful responsibility and initiative for shaping and executing upon our strategy and operations
