We currently have the following position available: Human Resource Generalist, 2nd Shift (Monday-Thrusday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Compliance with state, local and federal laws and company policy.
• Recruitment for hourly and salary associates as needed.
• Supports Associate Relations & Labor Relations by administering and advising all levels of associates on company policies, procedures, union contract administration, and benefit programs.
• Conducts interventions, fact-findings and resolves conflicts as they arise.
• Ensures the effective training and development of supervisors and associates on the floor.
• Conducts new hire orientations as needed.
• Supports Safety and Wellness programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience.
• 2-4 years experience in Human Resources
• Must be available to work all days and hours
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of HRIS Systems preferred
• Ability to lead and influence others
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills with Microsoft applications Word and Excel.
