Job Summary

Provides administrative duties / support related to payroll, file administration, benefits, workers compensation, leaves of absence, unemployment and preparing reports associated with these functions, in addition to, partnering with the Learning and Development team to assist with training functions.

Area of Responsibility

Proactively strategizes with Human Resources and Learning and Development teams assisting with managing the day to day departmental operations. Provide support on special projects, community relations, and other projects as needed, assigned, or given. Assists in new hire and benefit orientations for associates and assists with associate relations, benefits and medical services matters.

Minimum formal education

High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent job experience

Minimum job skills required to perform this job

Knowledge of federal / state labor laws compliance. Attention to detail. Planning / organizing skills. Problem solver, Teamwork oriented, Customer Service, MS Office, Payroll experience, and ability to maintain confidential information is essential.
