Compounder Assistant

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• Express Employment is working with a Southside manufacturing company to hire a Compounder Assistant. 
• This position will work closely with the Compounder to assist with reviewing formulations, preparation and staging, processing work order with final instructions, mixing and preparation, regulations and requirements, necessary documentation, spec measurement and registering specs of final products. 
• This position will also assist with good manufacturing practices along with clean up and sanitation. 

Pay/Benefits:

• $15/hour

Schedule:  8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in Chemical mixing dealing with formulations, recipes, staging, measuring, specification requirements, ordering, clean-up and sanitation

• Have strong attention to detail with the ability to measure accurately and consistently.  

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Good math skills with problem solving abilities.  

• Experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance helpful. 
• Product manufacturing experience in liquid, food, beverage or chemical environment helpful.

• Forklift experience is a must
