Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Local Delivery Box Truck Driver, with F class endorsement, for a local distribution warehouse in Chattanooga, TN.
Shift: 1st shift (Hours vary) Sunday - Thursday
Pay Rate: $12 per hour
Job Description:
Pulling products, preparing products for shipment, and assuring product quality.
Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
Load and unload trucks
Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations.
Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
Use and maintain the tools or equipment found on commercial vehicles, such as weighing or measuring devices.
Requirements:
Must have an F-Class endorsement and clean MVR
Self-motivated, have the ability to work at a fast pace, and be detail-oriented.
Background check and drug screen required.
