Campbell Auto Group is seeking a motivated, experienced Customer Service Support Representative for our busy dealership. You will email, phone and text customers as follow-up after a sale or service. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

We are looking for “thinkers” who can work with minimal supervision, preferably with call-center experience.


Campbell Auto Group is a third-generation company, family-owned and operated with beginnings that go back to 1974. We are Community-driven and last year had the privilege of partnering with over 2 dozen non-profits.


Customer Service Support - Job Requirements:

  • Must have a pleasant, friendly and clear phone voice.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus!
  • Must be computer literate and have a knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Call-center experience is preferred.
  • Customer Service experience is required.
  • Able to handle heavy call volume.
  • High energy, dependable, and customer service-oriented.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
