As an Investigations Coordinator, you will perform data extraction from POS Exception Reporting system and other company based data sources to create Asset Protection specific reports. These reports and analysis will be used by store managers, field leaders and central teams. You will also be responsible for updating and distributing reports and analysis on an established cadence that support the needs of cross-functional teams. The candidate must provide a strong research skill set, problem solving ability, and understand how to plan and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills are required. Experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment is required.

Responsibilities:

· Execute a daily cadence of reporting requirements directed by the Manager of Investigations and ensure completion of all requested reports. Complete new projects and ad hoc reports as designated by the manager. Review POS Exception Reporting daily for patterns of internal theft.

· Review data and analyze POS transaction exceptions to identify behaviors that contribute to shrink and loss to the company using SHERLOCK/TRE/LPMS and ORCO programs.

· Work with store LPA, Regional LP and Territory Directors and cross functional partners in preparing of investigative information when requested.

· Use check and balance routines to ensure accuracy of data.

· Load approved reports for distribution to the field and central users.

· Engage the appropriate level of management to assist with the escalation of items needing immediate attention for investigations.

· Facilitate and track projects.

· Monitor all key functions of investigative reports, as assigned.

· Communicate verbally and/or in writing to management

· Other duties as requested directed or assigned.

Candidates must have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Business or at least 5 years of experience. All candidates must be intermediate in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with pivot tables, v-look ups, and formulas. Experience with other Microsoft Office programs is required.
