Work for a national chain of retail stores in their expanding Technology Center in the Blue Ash area!
We are looking for entry level IT and tech savvy individuals to work as IT Help Desk Support Representatives.
You will be taking inbound calls from customers and troubleshooting their IT issues and supporting all of their hardware and software needs. You will also be responsible for documenting all conversations into the computer.
All positions are contract to hire opportunities.
Most positions require at least 1 weekend day of availability.
