Transportation Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Specific duties include directing trucks to the proper loading/unloading doors
Preparing bills of lading for shipment and verifying that all items were loaded for shipment, notifying supervisor when discrepancies occur,
Maintaining other shipping and receiving records.

The successful candidate for this position will have

1 to 2 years of relevant warehouse clerk experience with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and varying shifts as assigned or needed by manager/supervisor.

Bi-lingual capability a plus

1st shift Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5:30pm
2nd shift Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:30pm ( Training starts ASAP 11:00PM to 7:00 AM)

The position requires excellent organizational, communication, computer and inter-personal skills in order to meet challenging customer demands and deadlines in a high-volume, fast paced business environment. This position reports to the Staffmark-UPS Mail Innovations Onsite Manager.
