Markers Improvement - Summer Internship - Full-time / Part-time

Intern will work on improvement projects in the Markers department in manufacturing. Internship will involve time on the manufacturing floor interacting with people, collecting data, performing time studies, analyzing results and suggesting improvement ideas. Opportunity to learn about and sue structured problem solving techniques and Lean manufacturing methodologies and flow. Potential projects will involve identifying operator and material handler tasks that can be standardized and simplified; opportunities for efficiency improvement and material scrap reductions or eliminations.
This is a summer internship available at Crayola. This is open to college students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, including entering freshman.
