We are working with an exciting company in the Shadyside/East Liberty area and they are looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to fill an urgent Direct Hire need!! The client offers a competitive salary and company paid benefits just to a name a few of the perks!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Processing and tracking of materials for US orders through a global network of suppliers, including working with the corporate headquarters in Japan, entering and managing orders through the CRM system, and tracking shipments.


Maintain inventory levels of product as well as materials for Sales and Marketing.


Provide support to customers and team members; including but not limited to tracking shipments, troubleshooting orders, answering questions regarding materials, and collecting feedback from customers.


Coordinate inbound overseas shipments with fulfillment headquarters in Japan.


Track shipping costs. Monitor just-in-time fulfillment of US Fulfillment Center and report findings to management.


Receive and respond to material defect reports from customers.


Manage Sales and Marketing collateral, including but not limited to ordering from vendors, quality control, managing inventory, and facilitating all shipping, i.e. shipping marketing materials to employees, trade-shows and clients and coordinating return of materials


Prepare monthly sales/customer reports for upper management (including President and CFO)


Assist managers with vendor evaluations. forecasting and tracking sales and shipping activity


Coordinate trade-show logistics


May assist in coordinating events such as focus groups, training sessions, employee meetings etc.

Requirements

College degree or equivalent experience



•Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as Sales Coordinator, Fulfillment Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator





Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•Strong PC skills including: MS Office Suite (Excel and Word in particular)


•Knowledge of survey tools such as SurveyMonkey


•Excellent organization skills and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail


•Excellent Customer Service skills: strong customer focus and a drive to go to whatever lengths necessary to ensure customer needs are fulfilled Exceptional attention to detail, including strong proof-reading, grammar and documentation skills


•Strong communication skills, both oral and written


•Ability to successfully handle multiple duties simultaneously in an efficient, effective, logically sound and timely manner


•Ability to work collaboratively in a remote work environment


•Willingness to help members of the sales team achieve company goals


•Able to take initiative


•Able to complete moderately complex tasks without direct supervision


•Possess a high standard of ethical conduct
