Staffmark is seeking to fill a Recruiter position in the Fontana, CA area. The Role has broad recruitment and administrative responsibility to support the Talent Team in Recruiting Candidates. The ideal candidate will be professional and experienced recruiter coming from 2-3 years high volume commercial staffing/ recruitment preferably in the Industrial Industry. Administrative functions include but are not limited to: interview coordination, posting positions, mining job boards, data entry, and answers incoming inquires. Will need to be able to exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.


Must be able to source candidate thru various job boards and social networking platforms


Handles multiple calendars, travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.


Must be able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information


Collecting and preparing information for use in discussions/meetings of staff and outside individuals.


Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.


Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients


Handling requests and queries appropriately


Network thru the community and colleges to develop partnerships for Recruiting Initiatives


Organize and attend Job Fairs as needed


Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed



Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

Requirements

* Minimum 2-5years of relevant recruitment experience in the HR field with Hiring Talent
* Able to source and identify candidates with understanding of qualification experience
* Ability to work with little or no supervision, using sound judgment to know when to involve others or ask for guidance
* Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Strong organization skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment; Fast learner.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Bilingual (English / Spanish).
