Seeking outstanding candidates to join our exceptional team of Mortgage Consultants (MC's) on our Multi-Cultural Sales Team located at our Scottsdale headquarters location. Multi-Cultural MC's provide sales support for customer inquiries generated through our multi-channel bi-lingual marketing campaign. Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service
Build rapport and Identify customer's goals and objectives
Screen, evaluate and recommend the best products for each customer's needs.
Assists in obtaining necessary documentation from borrowers and reviewing for accuracy.
Prepares file for submission to Processing Department.
Qualifications:
· Bilingual -- fluent in both English and Spanish
· 1 to 5 years of mortgage sales experience.
The ability to multi-task and have a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial documents.
· Strong time management skills; handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· MLO License/Safe ACT. Encompass/ Optimal Blue/DU.
