CDL-CLASS B STAKEBED DELIVERY DRIVERS- Full Time
Brea, CA
Schedule: Monday- Friday with some weekends with 630am Start time
$16.00 per hour + benefits
Staffmark Drivers is current recruiting for one of the largest industrial construction distributors in Southern California, and is seeking Class B stake bed or bobtail drivers to work in Brea, CA.
Driver Responsibilities:
Delivery driver will operate a CDL Class B Stakebed or a Class B box truck ( Bobtail Truck) with a with a lift gate.
Drivers will have pre-assigned routes for pick-ups / deliveries of construction supplies (sprinkler systems, hardware supplies, pipe, ect.) to retail stores, and local construction companies.
Driver will frequently lift, push, or move product that weighs 1-50 pounds, stack and off load construction product using a hand truck, by hand, dolly, or manual pallet jack. Also, will pick up/ load any damaged goods from customer sites, and assist as needed with loading of the truck.
Driver will perform Pre/Post inspections on equipment , adhere to all DOT safety regulations and Company policies.
Job Requirements:
23 year of age or older
Minimum of 1 year of driving experience in stake-bed truck or bobtail in the past 36 months
Commercial Class B license (with airbrakes required)
Valid Medical Card
Must have good knowledge of Great Los Angeles/ Orange Co. and surrounding cities
Good DMV record
No DUI/DWI's in the past 10 years
Good customer service and communication skills
Must be a team-player, and have a "can do" attitude and assist wherever needed!
What do you need?
H-6/10 year MVR printout from DMV (no older than 30 days)
Valid Driver's License
Valid Medical Card
