Shift Needed to FIll:
Sunday--Thursday or Tuesday--Saturday shift


Customer Service/Clerical position


Developing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and clients (no selling!)


Handling a high volume of calls & emails,


Updating company records and client files,


Cross-training within other departments,


Preparing client invoices (billing);


Other duties as needed


Successful candidates will possess:
  • Friendly and professional phone and customer service skills,
  • Call center is not scripted, need someone who's quick on their feet
  • Strong follow-up skills,
  • A keen eye for detail,
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • A drive to rapidly master knowledge of Company services and systems,
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment,
  • Basic PC & office equipment knowledge (Word and Excel),
  • A minimum typing speed: 40 WPM
