Customer Success Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Duties 

and Responsibilities:
Provides key Customer Care North America Phone Support. 
Picks and Packs (CNCRoutershop Orders and Manual USA Sales Orders), 
includes appropriate marketing material as required. 
Receives inventory. 
Follows up with Cincinnati back orders based on report and updates 
customers regarding status’. 
Works with customers and member of service team to address and 
complete return order adjustments. 
Updates customer information in Customer Relationship Management system. 
Processes customer credit cards for AAI purchase orders & Ohio 
Valley River credit cards. 
Batches all manual orders in internal system. 
Collaborates with team members in the areas of inventory, drop 
shipments, back orders, and as required. 
Other duties as assigned
