Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.  Our client is an established company in Longwood, Florida. We are seeking inside Sales Coordinators for a first shift.

• 1st Shift, Monday thru Friday, 9am 5:30pm
• $14 per hour

Duties Include:

• Lift file boxes, pull files
• Data Entry Support for Sales Team
• Entering customer orders, processing orders
• Enter information into the billing system
• Work on phones and email with the team, vendors and clients
• Prep documents by removing staples, paper clips, organize the documents
• May assist with additional departments if needed
• Work with custom orders
• Some reception desk coverage when needed
• Responsible for Quality Control of the finished product that is ordered
• Offers regular updates to the Sales Team and Purchasing Manager

Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years minimum experience in a customer service or fast paced office environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to follow instructions
• Detail oriented
• Ability to measure items and do basic math
