We have positions available in a fun working environment where you will take customer orders over the phone/email/live chat, enter order information into database, and assist with general inquiries.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing customer service to clients
- Entering and maintaining confidential information to database
- Providing first-class service in a call center environment
- Handling inquiries with appropriate and timely follow-through
- Shift start time: between 6am to 8am - 8 hour shifts M-F
Position Requirements:
- Superior customer service skills with 1-2 years experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Basic computer skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Basic Medical terminology a plus
