About this job
Immediate need for experienced Underground Utility Construction Estimator! Our client is a licensed California contractor who lays pipelines for new home builders and connecting utilities. Qualified candidate will work in house and must be able to read plans, understand specifications required by municipalities, understand water, sewer, storm drain, gas, electric, cable, fios and other services. In this role, qualified candidates will arrange ordering and delivery of materials to the job sites that are located within the southern California area. Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, must be able to keep up with estimating, revisions, ordering for multiple job sites and have great computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail and Google. This is a direct hire opportunity. Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday with minimal travel.
