Hiring now! Our client located in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team for a long term project lasting about 9 months. Ideal candidates will have strong research skills, along with high accuracy and attention to detail when entering information, orders, and invoices.
Hours will be full time, Monday through Friday from 8:00a - 5:00p. Our client offers training, and a casual environment where blue jeans can be worn every day.
Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and sort information for a quick and efficient order entry
- Research and interpret customer information related to purchase orders
- Enter data/information necessary to produce, ship, invoice, and track orders
- Other duties may be assigned in relation to skill set
Qualifications:
- Six months to one year related experience
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Comfortable working in databases and learning new software’s
- High school diploma or GED. Associate''s degree is preferred
