We are now hiring a Project Admin for an Engineering company to permanently join our team!

In this position, the Project Admin will:

  • Assist engineering group with administrative functions
  • Help edit PDFs in Adobe
  • Edit and write communication in MS Office
  • Correspondence with customers via Outlook and phone
  • Update invoices
  • Help prepare quotes
  • Electronic filing

Qualified candidates must have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an office support function (ie admin assistant, executive assistant, office admin)
  • 6+ mo using Adobe and the ability to edit PDFs within the program
  • 1+ year of experience using MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Prefer candidates who come from construction or engineering background used to working on multiple projects
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with customers over the phone and via email
