About this job

Job Description:

* Perform operations as described in SOP's and GMP's


* Test quality of raw materials through chemical analysis


* Conduct experimental batch mixing


* Adjust and document experimental batch mixes and until finished products meets specific specifications


* Collect and process data for analysis


* Pull samples from in process and finished product for QC to test

Work Environment:

- Lab based roles


- This employee will be required to collect their own samples that will be used during QC lab-based testing

Qualifications:

- HS Diploma


- Must have prior manufacturing experience - blending, weighing, batch mixing, etc.

Performance Expectations:

- Candidates will go through a several week training period where they will be expected to take initiative to learn techniques and skills

- Arrive on time and prepared for work

- Once training is completed, candidates will be graded on time management, accuracy, and communication between the teams

Interview Information: There will be at least 1 face-to-face interview with the Operations Manager and the appropriate supervisor. The interview will last approximately an hour and a half.

Additional Information: The Production Operator will be responsible for formulation work, mixing batches of chemicals for the scale up of the product. They will execute a batch schedule, deal with raw materials and monitor the process. Other responsibilities may include
