Corporate Recruiter

Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:
Full life-cycle recruiting of a wide range of insurance and call center positions. Other positions include business and operations related functions.
Candidate sourcing, value added pre-screening of candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes, assessing candidates applications and scheduling of interviews.
Determining competitive salary offers and issuing offer letters.
Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in our various markets/locations.
Networking, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and with all levels of staff.
Develop and maintain network of candidates using company's applicant tracking system and utilizing social media to help establish and market us as a preferred employer.

Corporate Recruiter Required Experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, recruiting, and hiring experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent influencing and collaboration skills, able to effectively contract, negotiate, and manage key relationships.
  • Strong people and client management skills, business acumen and established business skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong, trusting business relationships at all levels and be regarded as a trusted partner.
  • Highly autonomous and self-motivated, demonstrating sound judgement, initiative, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
  • Detail oriented with a disciplined approach to process.
  • Experience using automated applicant tracking systems
