We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join a team at a great company here in Tulsa. If you have a experience in a customer service role and looking to join a thriving organization please apply!

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Environment:

    • Dress code is business casual
    • This role will report to 1 of 3 managers which will be assigned on the first day.
    • The work environment is very fast paced and high volume.
    • This is a high energy and team working area. Everyone looks to assist one another is required to hit expected goals by the end of the day/week.
  • Each employee is assigned a cubical with 2 computers, phone and additional equipment needed to fulfill the job.

Qualifications:

  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Minimum of a year customer service experience
  • 0-1 year with collections or credit experience
  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Must be able to handle large volume of call and multitask
  • Financial or Accounting background is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus (French or Spanish)
  • Must be able to work in a team environment

Job Descriptions:

Management of a high volume accounts by partnering with Account Managers and Regional Managers to provide information on customer's accounts. Timely and efficient collection of the company's account receivables. The approval of orders on new accounts and the approval of additional billing on existing accounts resulting in maximum sales, sound receivables and minimal loss. Provide good customer service through dispute resolution. Provide support to the credit team by assisting with DNBI updates. Job and Trade information email monitoring and order approval.
