Facilities Engineer/Manager

This FM/FE will ensure that the facility is in proper working condition managing contractors, facilities walk-throughs, health & safety, procurement, maintenance, and weathering.

-Issue purchase requisitions, work orders, meet/greet contractors, document the work and completion day
-Facilities walk-through, walls, windows, fencing, landscaping, arrange contractors repairs and replacements.
-Inspect first aid kits, replenish them
-Inspect fire extinguishers
-Follow monthly inspections
-maintain inventory of supplies
-File purchase requisitions
-Maintain OSHA 300a incident logs
-document HVAC system settings, ensure digital times are accurate for holiday/weekend settings
-maintain maintenance calendar
-establish scheduling procedures
