Call Center Rep/Dispatcher/Monitoring Specialist

Aerotek is currently hiring for CALL CENTER REPS. MUST HAVE one year of recent call center experience!!!

Candidates will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls from clients regarding refrigeration, electrical or mechanical problems. These call center folks will be troubleshooting the problems and providing assistance over the phone to each client. Answering calls, making follow up calls, updating information, working on the computer, using different software systems, etc.
-Answering inbound calls, providing customer service to all clients
-Performing data entry, working on the computer
- Using various computer systems, navigating through the computer
- Making outbound calls to follow up with clients ensuring customer satisfaction

- Documenting all account information, reviewing accounts, service plans, etc
