About this job
We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer for a small firm in Auburn California that has a very elite client bass and focuses exclusively in custom builds. They focus on delivering top of the line delivery of their services and are very technologically inclined.
Will be working in Revit to produce interior and exterior architectural drawings for rooms that range for $500,000- 10 million dollars.
Working on national and international projects. The candidate will with the team of engineering and Senior Architecture to get projects out.
Coordination with others for submittal packages, working with the drafters, MEP engineer and fellow architect to ensure on time delivery of all projects.
Will need to be very proficient with REVIT as there will be production elements to this role and they will be called to utilize their skills to meet project deadlines.
1-3 years of experience within Architecture and the direction to want to be licensed
This company will work on the sound proofing, HVAC, expert lighting, and full interior aesthetic. As described by a current architect in the role it is the best kind of project to work on "because the room is so small and the budget is so big that you can do whatever you want creatively"
