IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team!

Candidates will be responsible for compounding sterile preparations as per work instructions under pharmacist supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures cleansing and garbing policy is performed exactly per sterile preparations
• Compounds all required types of sterile preparations accurately and in compliance with master worksheets
• Operates all compounding equipment accurately and according to policy and procedure.
• Utilizes correct and appropriate aseptic techniques at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Licensed as a Pharmacy technician in Texas (TSBP)
• 1+ years of compounding experience is a plus but not required
• IV sterile certification is a plus but is not required

Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• First and second shifts are available
