Aerotek is hiring for Loan Document Specialists for a financial services company located in Downtown Denver!
Loan Document Specialists Responsibilities:
Will be reviewing hazard insurance files and looking at the collateral documents and reviewing. Will be first trying to understand what the collateral is and second, who is pledging the collateral. May have to call or email insurance companies, lawyers, or policy holders to clarify information.
Loan Document Specialists Requirements:
1 year of experience working with insurance forms, Acord 27/28 and complete policy reviews. 2 years of experience of commercial loan documentation. Excellent written and oral communication. Strong teamwork skills. Ability to review and interpret insurance policies as they apply to collateral secured loans.
