Social Media Content Moderator

Social Media Analyst

Pay Rate: $15.00

Start Date: April 25

Job Description:

• Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on social media such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content

• Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site

• Enforce social media terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site

• Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy

• Become and remain knowledgeable about Leading social media products and community standards

• Assist our community and help resolve inquiries accurately and on time

• Display a strong bias to doing what's right for our community in supporting leading social media objectives

• Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy

• Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to improve the support of our community of users

• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Minimum of 6 months in your last couple jobs
• Must be open to all hours and days of the week (set schedule after training)
• Training schedules (Morning, Afternoon and Evening Classes

Must be open Monday-Sunday with 24/7 availability
