CNC Maintenance Technician
1st shift
$19-26/ hour (depending on experience)
Essential Job Functions
- 3-5 years of machine repair, electrical and general maintenance experience preferred
- Installs, maintains, and repairs conventional and CNC machinery, physical structures, pipe, steam lines and valves and electrical/electronic equipment such as motors, machine tools, process lines, production machines and equipment
- Basic repair abilities in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronic, steam systems and plumbing.
- Read and interpret basic equipment and operation instructions to perform repair
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to perform necessary repairs and adjustments
- Perform services such as oiling, cleaning and maintaining all equipment.
- Dismantles defective machines, vehicles, steam lines and valves, plumbing and physical structure and installs new or repaired parts.
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery as part of assigned PM schedules.
- Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment with some direction.
- Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment and property.
- Actively participates in LEAN projects and activities
