Accounts Payable Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is hiring for AP candidates, MUST HAVE at least 2 years of recent ACCOUNTS PAYABLE experience. MUST HAVE SAP experience.

Aerotek is currently searching for two accounts payable candidates for a temporary contract. Candidates will be processing invoices via email or paper mail into the the incoming system.
Processing vendor and business inquiries
* Managing queries on generic mailboxes and AP service center phone lines within 48 to 72 hours.
* Confirming the status of inquiries and taking the proper actions to resolve
* Contacting business partners to help resolve discrepancies
* Review vendor statements and request invoices if needed
