Building Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for a Building Engineer to work a mid-shift so our customer's property is covered until 6 p.m.

Duties included
-Diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting heat pumps
-Low and medium voltage repair and troubleshooting
-Electrical diagnosis and repair
-Carpentry
-Plumbing

Must haves
-At least a Special's Boilers License
-5+ years Building or Facilities Engineer experience
-5+ years electrical troubleshooting experience
-5+ years experience diagnosing and repairing heat pumps.

Preferred but not required
EPA certification
