My client, a global Medical Device company, in the Vernon Hills, IL area is looking to hire multiple people for their customer service teams!

These positions will start out as contracts for 9 months, but the hope is to convert these contractors into permanent roles at the beginning of next year as they have done in the past, if possible. There is no guarantee of this, so keep in mind that this is potentially just a 9 month opportunity.
My client is hiring for two of their teams:
Customer Service/Order Entry
- Fast paced inbound call center
- Orders come in via phone, fax, and email
- Would assist customers with order issues or updates
- Requires experience with an ERP system
- Pays up to $21/hr (SAP specific experience required for the higher pay rate)
Customer Solutions Specialist
- "Back end" customer service, very few phone calls
- Heavy email/data entry - would manage a group mailbox where customer requests are sent
- Would be dealing with customers who have already received their order (Post Order Follow Up and Problem Resolution)
- Requires experience with SAP and experience with post order customer service
- Pays up to $25/hr
