Project Manager/Estimator - Full-time / Part-time

A well-established company in the Quad City area is looking for an Estimator/PM to work for their Painting or Drywall divisions. This candidate will be responsible for bidding jobs and running the jobs. Pay would be based on experience in the field.

Job Duties:
-Sub packages include Drywall, Ceiling Tile, Steel Studs, Wall Insulation, and Fireproofing
-Read blueprints to determine costs
-Estimate hours for hard bid jobs
-Purchase and coordinate materials
-Communicate with foreman on job site needs
-Coordinate Change orders

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years Estimating in one of the following:
General Contractor
Paint/Drywall/Framing Sub Contractor
Drywall/Materials Supplier
OR
4 year construction engineering/management degree
